There are no transfer fees or charges. All remittances are completely free.

• At the moment, you can send up to CAD 3,000 equivalent daily and a maximum of CAD 20,000 in 30 days.
• The minimum daily transaction is CAD 10

Your money will be delivered to your recipient within 5 minutes. However, in the unlikely event we or our payout partners experience technical problems, it could take a little longer. The 5 minutes mentioned is from when you initiate the send request on the kobotrade Web platform.

Expect the funds in your wallet within 2 to 40 minutes, depending on your bank. You will be notified by interac when the funds have been deposited to kobotrade, and Kobotrade will immediately inform you of the deposit to your wallet.

• We are mandated by regulatory authorities in Canada to verify your identity before you can perform any transactions on the Kobotrade Platform.
• To align with existing laws of Proceeds of Crime(Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA)
• To confirm the identity of the person initiating this transaction.
• Help mitigate and prevent money remittance fraud.

Only once; however, we may ask you to update your identification every four years or when your identification has expired.

• Invite your family and friends using your kobotrade referral link
• Your friend and family register on kobotrade through your link
• Account verification is completed, and transactions are made
• Once your invitee performs any single transaction (minimum of $200), you will receive a $10 bonus, the bonus will be seen in your wallet history as a referral bonus.
• Ensure you and your invitee’s identities have been verified before you can earn this referral bonus.

• There is no limit to how much you can earn; it depends on how many people you refer to kobotrade. As long as you invite more friends and family, you will keep getting $10 for each successful referral. Remember, they must transfer a minimum of $200 on the first transaction before you get the referral reward.
• Regardless of the volume or frequency of your invitee's transaction, you will earn $10 for each invitee.

• All customer information is stored in a secured world-class cloud database vault owned by our data storage and security partners in Los Angeles, California, USA.
• Customer Information, retention, deletion and sharing is subject to provisions in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of kobotrade, which we advise you read carefully and consent to before initiating any transactions on the kobotrade website, web application and Mobile app.
• Our identity verification partners Veriff and GBG only stores personal Data only for as long as the retention of data is required by law. At the end of the retention period, we shall permanently erase or anonymize the Personal Data. Based on the Canadian regulatory scope, these data will be permanently deleted within 48 months.
• Your online interactions and activities with kobotrade pass through secured web servers using the SSL protocol. The secure sockets layer (SSL) is a standard security technology that establishes an encrypted link between a server and a client. Phishers cannot misuse the encrypted data; hence, its privacy is secure. SSL is widely accepted across the globe for securing data exchange over the internet. The chance of an SSL certificate itself being hacked is incredibly slim.
• As a growing Fintech Company, kobotrade will add extra layers of protection to its website, web applications and Mobile app to mitigate and forestall the activities of hackers, bolster data and privacy protection and eliminate any case of fraud.

We currently support payments from Canada to Nigeria and vice-versa. We shall be adding other countries to our payment corridors soon.
